We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and catered to our every request. We were traveling with a small baby and the hotel made every effort to make the stay comfortable for us. We checked in late, so for the first night we got an average room but hotel was kind to upgrade us for the next night. Upgraded room was wonderful with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and full view of the river. We liked the room so much that we decided to extend our trip for one more night.

Was a lovely hotel lovely receptionist very helpfull lovely room breakfast was efficient and delisious highly recomend .also the pool sauna hotub all included in price was fabulous.

Was disappointed that we could not charge drinks to our room whilst in the Blue Bar. Otherwise a very pleasant and comfortable stay and really enjoyed the Health Spa Facilities….!!!
Would definitely stay again…

We had a wonderfully relaxing time in a lovely setting. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The Spa was excellent as well

Not to good , from checking in, it seemed a lot of trouble. Very badly signed internally. Dinner waitress should have sat down with us the number of time she checked our table. Bedroom was nice if a little dated. Spa pool very cold changing rooms tired and a little scruffy. Food was fine nothing fantastic. Overall felt they would have preferred us to send money and not go. Guests not required

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in quite a while.
The location, parking and staff.
As well as room and hotel restaurant was amazing.
Only down point was that i only stayed for 3 nights.
Will most definitely book this hotel when next in the area.
